Who we are
Quayside Ltd runs this website. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you send us a message through the chat, the Pilot preview or the contact form, we collect what you type: your work email and, if you share them, your name, your company and details about your freight and systems.
When a customer signs in, we keep a record of the one-time sign-in link and the session it opens.
We count visits with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify you.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and, if you want, to scope a project with you.
- To let customers sign in to their workspace.
- To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate, so we can improve the site.
Emails
When we email you, our messages may include a small tracking image and tracked links that tell us whether an email was opened or a link was clicked. We use this only to understand whether our messages are useful. Sign-in links are never tracked.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, and only when a customer signs in: a secure session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is removed when you sign out or after 30 days.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that host this website, its database and our email delivery, under agreements that protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries while we are in conversation with you and for up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Sign-in records are deleted when they expire.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, through the contact page. We reply within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
